RESPONSIBILITIES

• Schedule and manage field labour placement and general manpower needs for all Plants
• Maintain Relations with Contractors and regularly evaluate, amend contractor agreements whenever necessary
• Liaison with Government Authorities related to Labour whenever needed
• Perform new hire orientation for new labour team members
• Evaluate and track labour skill sets of individual field team members
• Monitor labour force performance for promotion opportunities and new hire success.
• Coordinate with field management, safety department, and human resources to schedule and track field trainings and personal equipment inspections
