Responsible for leading & directing development team
Coordination with customers & tooling supplier regarding ongoing project
Ensure that all necessary systems and procedures are in place to satisfy all customer requirements
Develop, implement and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) for each area of responsibility
Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure optimal performance
Work to share ideas and improve operation, recommending, supporting and implementing continuous improvement activities
Provide technical leadership and expertise within all operations
To scrutinize the new enquiries
Provide quotations for any new product development
To accept orders and issue order acceptance to the Customers
To monitor order position on regular basis
To organize review in case of changes required by customer
To identify the customer specific requirements and communicate to concern department
Monitor the all-development activities
Researches and analyses market trends, demographics, pricing schedules, competitor products and other relevant information to form marketing strategies
Determines the process for creating a new product
Performs research in order to determine the best way to produce a particular item
Prepares a cost analysis on the development of a new product
Ensures that every phase of a particular project proceeds as scheduled
Monitor efficient working of all projects and ensure compliance to project plan. Engineering process knowledge
