RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for leading & directing development team
• Coordination with customers & tooling supplier regarding ongoing project
• Ensure that all necessary systems and procedures are in place to satisfy all customer requirements
• Develop, implement and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) for each area of responsibility
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure optimal performance
• Work to share ideas and improve operation, recommending, supporting and implementing continuous improvement activities
• Provide technical leadership and expertise within all operations
• To scrutinize the new enquiries
• Provide quotations for any new product development
• To accept orders and issue order acceptance to the Customers
• To monitor order position on regular basis
• To organize review in case of changes required by customer
• To identify the customer specific requirements and communicate to concern department
• Monitor the all-development activities
• Researches and analyses market trends, demographics, pricing schedules, competitor products and other relevant information to form marketing strategies
• Determines the process for creating a new product
• Performs research in order to determine the best way to produce a particular item
• Prepares a cost analysis on the development of a new product
• Ensures that every phase of a particular project proceeds as scheduled
• Monitor efficient working of all projects and ensure compliance to project plan. Engineering process knowledge
